Why We Built This Site
Public access in Texas begins with the court that owns the record. The McLennan County District Clerk keeps district felony, civil, family, and juvenile files. The McLennan County Clerk handles County Court at Law misdemeanor and non-district civil matters, as well as probate and guardianship records. Justice and municipal clerks maintain their own Class C and traffic dockets. The result is useful but fragmented. This site organizes the official contacts, access routes, search limits, and copy procedures while keeping each office's role clear.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, not a Texas court, clerk, or government agency. Those boundaries matter:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot promise that every listed fee, phone number, or court setting remains current
Only the McLennan County clerk or court that maintains a case can issue its official or certified record. This site can identify that office, but it cannot supply the document.
Search Partners
Third-party companies power search boxes on some pages. They control their services, results, privacy terms, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this site. We neither set the charge nor decide which records a partner returns.
